The Gozo Action Group Foundation (GAGF) invites interested parties to submit offers for the lease of premises to be used as the Foundation\u2019s office.<\/p>\n
The premises must be located in Victoria (Rabat), Gozo. The lease period shall be for three (3) years, with the possibility of a one (1) year extension.<\/p>\n

The Estimated Procurement Value for this Call has been established based on market research and an appropriate financial analysis. For the purposes of this procurement, the Estimated Procurement Value is up to \u20ac20,000.00, excluding VAT. Economic Operators are requested to ensure that their financial offers do not exceed the Estimated Procurement Value. Economic Operators are free to submit financial offers below the Estimated Procurement Value. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced compliant offer that meets the required administrative and technical criteria.<\/p>\n
The Call for Tender (CFT001-2026GAGF) opens on 5 August 2026<\/strong> and closes on 26 August 2026 at 12:00 noon (CET\/CEST).<\/strong><\/p>\n Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the instructions contained in the tender dossier and received by the deadline indicated above.
