The Gozo Action Group Foundation (GAGF) is organising a milestone event, “Celebrating Rural Progress with LEADER: From RDP to CAP SP.” The event will celebrate the achievements of the LEADER programme, funded under the Rural Development Programme (RDP) 2014–2020, while promoting the same approach under the Common Agricultural Policy Strategic Plan (CAP SP) 2023–2027. The celebration will highlight Gozo’s rural communities, showcase successful projects, and foster stakeholder engagement through an official ceremony, the launch of a commemorative publication, and a networking dinner.
Objectives of the Assignment:
The selected service provider will be fully responsible for the end-to-end organisation, contracting, management, and delivery of the event, including: – Acting as the single point of contact for GAGF.
– Liaising with, contracting, managing, and paying all third-party service providers required for the event (venue, audiovisuals, catering, décor, entertainment, photography, videography, printing, etc.).
-Delivering a turnkey solution with all logistics, technical, and creative aspects professionally managed, with the proceedings of the event conducted in Maltese and the commemorative publication produced in English.
